Terms of Service

The service

Lumonix Care is a subscription hospital management platform (OPD, inpatient, pharmacy, laboratory, billing and patient engagement) operated by LumonixIT Services Pvt Ltd. These terms apply to clinics and hospitals (“customers”) and their authorised staff.

Accounts & responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of data entered by their staff, for managing staff access via the roles and permissions provided, and for obtaining any patient consents required for messaging.

Lumonix Care supports clinical and administrative workflows; it does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified practitioners.

Data

Customers own their clinic and patient records. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, customers may request an export of their data.

Availability & support

We operate the service on Google Cloud infrastructure with commercially reasonable efforts toward continuous availability. Planned maintenance and support channels are communicated to customers directly.

Fees & termination

Subscription fees, billing cycles and any onboarding charges are set out in each customer's order. Either party may terminate as per the order terms; data export is available on request at termination.

Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Lumonix's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
