Who we are

Lumonix Care is a cloud hospital management platform built and operated by LumonixIT Services Pvt Ltd (“Lumonix”, “we”). This policy explains how we handle data across lumonixcare.com, the Lumonix Care application, and related services.

Data we process

Clinic account data: clinic name, staff names, phone numbers, roles and login records — provided by the clinic administrator to operate the service.

Patient records: demographics, visits, prescriptions, lab results, billing and inventory records entered by clinic staff. Clinics are the owners and data controllers of their patient records; Lumonix processes this data solely to provide the service to the clinic.

Technical data: device/browser information and service logs used for security, debugging and reliability.

How we use data

To operate the platform: queues, billing, pharmacy, lab, inpatient care and reports for the clinic that owns the data.

To send transactional messages (appointment, prescription, lab report and payment notifications) to patients on the clinic's behalf via SMS/WhatsApp.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use patient records for advertising.

Storage & security

Data is hosted on Google Cloud in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. Access is role-based per clinic: every record is scoped to the clinic that created it and staff see only what their role permits.

Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Backups are maintained for disaster recovery.

Retention & deletion

Clinic and patient records are retained while the clinic's account is active and as required by applicable medical record-keeping regulations. On written request from a clinic administrator, we export and/or delete the clinic's data subject to legal retention duties.
